Richter Park Master Plan: The City of Danbury, CT and the Richter Park Authority have retained Didona Associates and One Brain Marketing, LLC (of Wilton, CT) to develop an overall Master Plan for the park - its golf course and all other facilities - as an integral part of the greater Danbury park facilities and community services. Included in the scope is an assessment of all of the park facilities (services offered, site, grounds, and landscaping), its business plan, marketing plan, and facilities operations management.
